AceInterview AI is sold as an auto-renewing subscription. The billing interval (weekly, monthly or yearly) and the price are shown on the checkout screen before any payment details are collected, and again in the confirmation shown immediately after purchase.
Unless cancelled beforehand, each subscription renews automatically at the end of its billing period at the price disclosed at checkout, using the payment method on file. By completing checkout the customer authorises AceInterview AI and its payment processor to charge that payment method on a recurring basis.
Some plans begin with a free trial. Where a trial applies, its length and the exact date it converts to a paid subscription are displayed on the checkout screen before payment details are collected, and are repeated in the welcome email sent when the account is created.
A free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically on the disclosed date. No further action by the customer is required for the conversion to occur, and no separate consent is requested at conversion. To avoid being charged, the subscription must be cancelled before the trial end date shown at checkout.
Cancellation is self-serve and available at any time, with no requirement to contact support: sign in, open Settings, and select Cancel subscription. The cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation and is recorded with a timestamp against the account.
Customers may also cancel by emailing help@aceinterview.ai from the address on the account.
There is no cancellation fee, no minimum term, and no notice period.
Cancelling stops all future renewals. It does not shorten or refund the billing period that is already underway: the account keeps full paid access until the end of the period that has been paid for, and is then downgraded rather than charged again.
A cancellation submitted after a billing period has begun applies to the following period. The charge for the period already in progress remains payable, because the service for that period has been made available in full.
If a payment for a period has already been invoiced but not yet collected at the time of cancellation, that invoice is voided and no further collection attempts are made.
AceInterview AI is a digital service delivered online. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return. Full access to every paid feature — unlimited AI mock interviews, automated scoring and written feedback, session recordings, interview prep plans and job matching — is provisioned to the account within seconds of a successful payment and remains available for the whole billing period.
Because access is granted in full at the start of the period, a billing period that has begun is not refunded on a pro-rata basis when a customer stops using the service or cancels partway through.
We refund in full where the service was not delivered — for example where a technical fault on our side prevented access for a material part of the billing period, or where a charge was taken in error or duplicated.
We also refund charges taken after a valid cancellation was recorded against the account, and any charge a customer did not authorise.
Refund requests outside these cases are reviewed individually and in good faith. We would always rather resolve a billing concern directly than have a customer go to their bank, and we respond to help@aceinterview.ai promptly.
We do not generally refund a billing period that was correctly charged, disclosed in advance and made available in full, where the customer simply did not use the service or forgot to cancel before the renewal or trial-conversion date shown at checkout.
Free trials exist precisely so the service can be evaluated at no cost before any charge is made.
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content within 14 days. Because AceInterview AI is supplied immediately, customers are asked at checkout to consent to the service starting straight away and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once supply has begun.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory right a consumer has under the law of their country of residence.
Email help@aceinterview.ai from the address on the account. Include the charge date and amount and we will respond promptly. Support is the fastest route to a resolution — a bank dispute typically takes several weeks and prevents us from refunding directly while it is open.
AceInterview AI grants users a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal preparation. All software, content, and learning materials remain AceInterview AI's property. Users agree not to resell access, share proprietary content, or copy simulations beyond personal use.
